Hello! I'm Craig Humphreys, a dedicated and experienced personal trainer operating from my well-equipped fitness studio in Exeter.

 

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the motorway in the peaceful surroundings of Clyst St. Mary, Exeter, my studio offers a serene setting for both individual and group training sessions.

I bring to the table 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, having worked with clients all over the UK. This includes a diverse clientele, ranging from those looking for injury rehabilitation, weight loss, strength conditioning, to individuals preparing for various sports.

MY APPROACH, What excites me most is helping busy individuals like you achieve their fitness goals. I pride myself in designing personalized training programs, which you can follow both with and without my presence. Besides workouts, I also provide nutritional advice and guidance to optimise results.
